About this home
Boot Ranch is a custom home we built in the Boot Ranch community just north of Fredericksburg. The plan keeps the main living spaces open, so the kitchen, dining room and living room work as one big room with Hill Country views.
The materials and finishes were picked piece by piece for this house. Out back, a covered patio with an outdoor fireplace and an outdoor kitchen adds a second living room, and there is a bunk room inside for visiting family.
