What to know before you build in Boot Ranch
Boot Ranch is a private, gated club community about five miles north of Fredericksburg, spread across 2,080 acres of Hill Country with an 18-hole Hal Sutton golf course at its center. Homesites range from about half an acre to more than 13 acres.
Every home and landscape plan goes through Boot Ranch’s Architectural Review Board, and the community says there’s no deadline to build, which gives you time to get the design right. We know the process because we’ve already built here.
