Yates Custom is a two-story home we built in Kerrville. It mixes clean, modern lines with stone and warm wood, and the kitchen, dining area and living room open to each other.
The back of the house is made for being outside. There is a covered porch that looks out over the Hill Country, a pool and spa, and an outdoor kitchen. The setting is private, and shopping and restaurants in town are still close by.
