What to know before you build in Frieden
Frieden is a gated community just south of downtown Fredericksburg and the only Southern Living Inspired Community in Texas. Homesites have city water and sewer, fiber and underground utilities, and the community is built around two spring-fed lakes, more than five miles of trails and a 12-acre park.
Owners choose their own custom builder, with plans approved by Frieden’s Architectural Committee. The design guidelines cover exterior materials, roofing and a neutral palette in a Hill Country farmhouse style, so we design to them from the first sketch.
